The handful of key processes (typically 6–10) that are responsible for generating revenue and delivering your product or service. In EOS®, you document these processes, make them consistent, and ensure everyone follows them. The goal is ‘Followed by All.’

What it looks like in practice
A home-services company documents its sales process in six steps on a single page, trains every estimator on it and measures whether it is followed.
The common mistake
Writing a 60-page manual nobody reads. Capture the 20 percent of steps that produce 80 percent of the result, and stop there.
