V/I Duo™
The Visionary/Integrator partnership — the most important relationship in an EOS® company. The Visionary sets direction and creates possibilities; the Integrator executes and stabilizes. When this duo trusts each other and communicates well, the company thrives. When it breaks down, everything stalls.
In Plain English
The founding partnership that makes EOS® companies work. One person dreams it. The other builds it.
What it looks like in practice
The Visionary and Integrator hold a regular Same Page Meeting to air disagreements in private, so the leadership team hears one message from both.
The common mistake
Skipping that meeting when things are tense. Unresolved friction between the two shows up as confusion everywhere below them.
