The three-step process used to work through Issues in an EOS meeting. First, Identify the real issue (often not what’s on the surface). Then Discuss it (with all relevant information shared). Then Solve it — decide and assign a next step. Most teams skip Identify and jump to Solve, which is why they keep discussing the same issues.
