What it looks like in practice
Every Tuesday at 9:00 the leadership team meets for 90 minutes on the same agenda: segue, Scorecard, Rock review, headlines, To-Dos, then an hour of IDS, and a rating at the end.
The common mistake
Letting reporting eat the hour reserved for solving issues. Scorecard and Rock review are quick checks, and any discussion drops to the Issues List.
