The first of the Six Key Components. The goal: get everyone in the organization 100% on the same page about where the company is going and how it will get there. The primary tool is the Vision/Traction Organizer (V/TO).

Every employee can answer the same eight questions about where the company is going and how it will get there, because the V/TO is shared with everyone each quarter.

Keeping the vision inside the leadership team. It is only strong when everyone in the company sees it and wants to be part of it.
